Hearing wear care

Wax produced by the ear can degrade the surface of your in-the-ear hearing aid, or the ear mould and tubing of your behind-the-ear aid, over time. Wax and dirt, or moisture trapped inside the aid, can also affect the electronic components, while moisture in the mould and tubing can cause the aid to cut out.

>> Regular care and cleaning are important to keep your aid in top condition.

The Hearing Association has a vacuum drying machine which will remove wax and moisture, while you wait, for a minimal charge. Contact us for service.
