Is your aid insured?

Your insurance does not necessarily cover the loss of your hearing aids, unless you ask for it. Check your policy and see what the conditions are.

Many insurance companies allow you to specify your aids, along with your spectacles, as 'no excess' items, meaning you don’t have to pay part of the replacement cost.
