We sell a variety of equipment such as amplified and hearing aid compatible
telephones, loop systems, infra red and FM listening devices for listening
to the TV and stereo and also alerting devices such as vibrating alarm
clocks and flashing lights for telephones and doorbells etc.
We stock all sizes of hearing aid batteries and will post them to you
on request. We also stock hearing aid gel to enable you to lubricate the
surface of your mould to enable it slip into your ear easier and seal
the air gaps to prevent feedback.
Hearing aid cleaning and repair service
Our staff can clean your aid using an Ultra Vac Machine which uses vacuum
to clean and extract wax and dirt from microphone tubes, vents and battery
compartments.
We can also remove moisture inside the aid. Bring your aid along to
our hearing centre and let us have a look at it. We can also do simple
repairs such as replace tubing. Your aid is an expensive and complex electronic
instrument – let us help you look after it.
