HEARING LOSS EDUCATION AND PROMOTION
Our staff are available to talk to groups and industry about hearing
loss, its prevention and communication strategies. As one in seven persons
in the community have a hearing loss, do your staff communicate effectively
and have you got hearing equipment to help your customers to hear such
as loop systems or visual warning systems?
Most hearing impaired people cannot hear receptionists or call centre
operators on the telephone and many have difficulty with check out operators.
